General
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all products
described on this site but minor variations in manufacture
are possible. These variations are not intended to lessen
the described performance of the product in anyway. The
purchaser shall be entitled to return the product for a full
refund if Airfield Publications agrees that performance is
not in accordance with that specified in the shop. Airfield
Publications shall not be obligated to supply any item contained
on the site until Airfield Publications clears the payment
provided.
Orders
Orders can be accepted on-line through the site or by post
with valid payment (see payment terms below). Every
effort will be made to dispatch orders within 5 working days
or sooner but please allow up to 30 days maximum unless otherwise
agreed.
No responsibility can be accepted for failure to meet a
delivery date. There may be periods when the site is
closed to orders for example during holiday periods; these
periods will be advertised on the site in advance. Orders
may be cancelled within 7 working days following the day
of receipt (unless the law permits otherwise), unwanted goods
must be returned in their original packaging carriage paid
for a full refund.
All Destinations: A delivery charge applies to all orders;
please refer to the 'Carriage Costs' page for full details. For
destinations not listed, please enquire for a quotation.
Prices
Prices can be displayed in a number of currencies for information
purposes only, orders will be charged in either £ sterling
or $ US Dollars. Our goods are VAT (Value Added
Tax) free for any order placed for delivery within the EC.
Payment
Payment is with order, no credit terms are available. Please
note a £5.00 minimum order value applies.
Internet: Orders placed on-line are sent to Airfield
Publications via an encrypted system SSL to safeguard the
purchaser's personal details. For further information

We regret that telephone / Fax orders are not possible
but we are happy to respond to queries by telephone. You
are welcome to leave a telephone message if we are unable
to take your call personally.
Post: Orders by post must include a cheque for the
full amount made payable to ‘Airfield Publications'.
Credit / debit cards will not be charged until goods are
available for dispatch. Cheques will be banked upon
receipt to allow time for clearance prior to dispatch of
order.
Any refunds due will be in accordance with the original
payment method.
Country of Origin
Items supplied by Airfield Publications originate from within
the European Community.
Warranty / Liability
Valid claims under our warranty will at the discretion of
Airfield Publications be refunded, repaired or replaced. Products
shall not be returned without a returns number obtainable
from Airfield Publications and proof of purchase (typically
invoice number). The purchaser shall ensure that any
returned goods are suitably packaged and carriage paid and
include any associated parts.
Copyright
Airfield Publications owns the copyright of all the material
that it sells.
Airfield Publications own full copyright in respect of this
on-line shop. No copying in any form in part or
whole of the shop is permissible unless otherwise granted
in writing by Airfield Publications.
Your Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected.
